2017 rc4wd east coast scale challenge

What evolved was what we all now know as the East Coast Scale Challenge. For the past three years, John was devoted to offer this record-breaking sellout event to the Hobby Community, even while having health struggles. He has worked hard to get the event to the level it is today, that is located on 11 acres of Scale Goodness owned by Rick and Deb Yeager, of Rose Point Park. They have welcomed us to their Campground, year after year.

2017 brings new excitement and change to the Scale Hobby Segment. New Products, Innovation and a growing community of families enjoying this addiction we call a hobby.

For one, John will be taking a step back from the event and has handed the event over to myself and Matt Lockwood. We will be working closely with John as we transition the event fully to us. Our goal is to build on the foundation that John has created and catapult the event into the future.

We had the opportunity to look at the survey that was sent out after the last event and appreciate the honesty and suggestions. Over the next several months, we will be formulating the format for 2017 to make it even better than the past.

One thing that we have already done, based on feedback, is work closely with Debbie at Rose Point Park Campground to secure a new weekend for the event. The new date will help with getting your family to come enjoy the event and all that Rose Point Park Campground has to offer. The new dates are listed below.

One thing that isn't changing is RC4WD's Commitment to supporting this event for another year.
