The time is almost up. THIS is the last day of registration. If you haven't done it ---> DO IT!

Few final words before I'm heading there myself. Everyone that has got a set of gates, please take them with you. There can't be too much of them. If you can, please come to the Crawler Village to tech your rigs on thursday at 7PM. It helps the competition morning a lot. It's way easier to get it over with already on thursday.

Prepare to have your own water and food during the competition days at the comp site. There will be no possibility for organisers to offer anything. Stay away from the ocean, the drop is huge and the rock close to the ocean can be very slippery. Everyone is there at his/her own responsibility. Keep that in mind.

Weather forecast promises 25C and sunshine during the weekend, so it looks really good and the wind shouldn't be picking up more than 5m/s. Perfect.

We will see you on next week and we'll make this competition weekend something to remember! Can't wait!

Some of the drivers have arrived in Crawler Village yesterday and Team Finland went to check out the comp site. It is just like Xkill have told. Epic, tons to drive and amazing grip, but it is brutal for the rigs. It will get you if you are not awake.

Today we are waiting for more drivers to show up and probably head a little north to do some sightseeing. Tomorrow the real training starts!

Okey, finally time to write something down of this amazing weekend we had in Portugal.

I had such a good trip with finnish crew and epic times with everyone during the weekend. Weather was stunning all week and we got to know a little bit of Portugese landscape and people. I was a bit sceptical, cause I had never been in Portugal before, but the people were amazing and very, very friendly!

The biggest thanks goes to Joćo for organizing everything in Portugal. All the sponsorships stuff quickly through the trickiest customs in Europe, months and months of searching for permission to the epic comp location and all the organizing in Crawler Village 2. Hat off man. You truely deserve BIG thanks from us all!

Next I would like to thank event sponsors. RC4WD gave us very nice stuff to raffle. Bully RTR comp went how it went, but at least we had fun and one happy winner! Course sponsors; Holmes Hobbies, DravTech, PAT13, RFOT, Next Hero and FanaticRC! Lots off great stuff given away in the raffle. Thanks also to TGS Productions of giving away one beautiful wooden box filled of Public Enemy.

Thanks to offipaita.fi of really cool event shirts and caps! Also a huuuuuge thanks to Tobias from DravTech of making the most epic trophies I have personally ever seen.

Major gratitude to my ERCCA fellas Christian, Arve, Gabriele, Joao and Jeff! Judging every day and keeping the organization in level that is hard to reach! It's my pleasure to work with you guys. ERCCA will get a well earned one year brake of organizing a competition, but we will come back strong in 2019!

Thanks to my fellow travellers Sofi, Marko and Arto of helping me with the organizing, tech, point counting and course building. Everything went smooth and flawless. It's easy when everyone are willing to lend a hand. Thanks for finals course builders and judges. Professional stuff all the way. You know who you are!

We had really good weekend all in all. Long days, but that is the name of the game sometimes. For the first time finals in Mini and Super and I thought it was a nice little addition to our schedule. When everything goes smoothly it shouldn't be a problem to drive them.

Congrats and thanks to all the drivers who made the trip to Portugal. I hope ERCCA competitions will continue of growing the interest of comp crawling in Europe. After all we are one massive family.

B I G Thanks and see you next year!

2019 in The Icermalycetia (We'll make the descision year before, the latest )
