The event will be held at one of the best natural rock crawling spots in the nation, Donner ski ranch, ca.

To the sheltered few, the Bprca was founded on back yard Rc fun. “Our Fun philosophy” has increased the size of our backyard to all over northern Nevada and northern California. Axial racing has taken notice and fully supports our “fun first philosophy”. We here at the Bprca would like to invite the best 2.2 and super drivers from Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Utah, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, Idaho and California to compete for the Axial west coast championships and to experience the thrill of Rc rock crawling that only the Bprca can give you….bitches bridge, cables of carnage, teeter totter to hell, Axial alley, CKRC canyon, and Rccrawler.com’s “the elevator”.

$2500.00 in cash and prizes will be awarded to the top 3 podium finishers in each class.

First and four most, these are not novice friendly courses. Only 50
entrants from each class will be accepted. If you can fill these shoes, and are a seasoned winner, than we recommend signing up now, it’s going to fill up fast.

Registration is pre register only and will end on June 21st or when 100
entries is confirmed.

10:00am to 6:00pm pacific time. Pre-Registration is $25.00 per class and pre-payment is required to lock in your name. (no refunds)

Please be prepared to supply us your name, web name, city and state,
class you are competing in, t shirt size, chassis or rig you are running, radio frequency, and have your credit card information ready.


Entrants will receive a drivers packet at the event containing a event
T-shirt, itinerary, raffle ticket, sticker pack, and a Werock wrist band allowing entry for (1) person into the event.

This is a spectator friendly competition, so spectators are encouraged to come join in on the fun. For the wife, kids, friends, ect. Spectator wristbands are $10.00 per person or $15.00 for both days and can be purchased at the event. The wrist bands cover both competitions.

This Bprca competition will be using a modified version of the Ussrca rules. This version has been approved by the Usrcca and our title sponsors. Please familiarize yourself with the rules so there are no discrepancies.

The axial west coast championship will prove to be a huge success for Rc crawling as we know it. The market has been rapidly growing in the last year and is over due to become a main stream Rc category. The event will be covered by Rc Car Action, Rc Driver, and possibly Extreme Rc, as well as numerous off-road magazines there to cover the Werock event. With Axial’s support, this should be very rewarding for the sport.

Please note that Donner ski ranch is approx 25 minutes from Truckee, Ca and approx 1 hour from Reno. Also be aware that there are no stores in the near vicinity of the event and it is advised to be prepared.

With the help of tcscrawlers.com and the Bprca the first place drivers from each class will take home the following:

Supers: $409.00 + prizes
2.2’s $465.00 + prizes

First and fore most, we have the best spot on the mountain for the competition. The site is approx ¼ mile up the mountain and has spectacular views.

Donner ski ranch is expecting over 2000 spectators, so please keep in mind there will be children around, so please watch the cussing and profanity.

Another thing I would like to address is drinking. Alcohol is allowed at the event, as it has always been allowed at every werock event. Drinking is part of every motor sport. It can’t be controlled, and we don’t see any reason why it should be.
With that said, loud or aggressive people will be promptly removed from the mountain.
Donner ski ranch is parking a beer trailer at our comp site. We have no issue with drinking, but for picture reasons, ckrccrawlers.com is supplying beer cozies to each driver at the event for the beverage of your choice.


There are no cars & trucks allowed up the mountain. “Quiet” 4x4 quads are aloud as well as pit bikes and Polaris rangers, ect. As far as planning for your day, please bring all your crawlers, tools, food and drinks up with you in the morning. Ckrc crawlers and sierra sport and marine will have a buggy with trailer and 2 Polaris rangers there between 6:00 am and 8:00am to bring your crawlers and supplies up the hill. We will be pickup supplies up at the CKRCCRAWLERS huge lifted limo. Don’t be late.

Donner ski ranch is enforcing the following rules:
No dirt bikes.
No cars or trucks.
No beer bottles or glass on the mountain.
No ice chest allowed soft pack coolers are acceptable.
If anyone is found violating any of the above, werock will be escorting these people off the mountain, and you will not be allowed to return.

All drivers will receive a wrist band for the weekend. Anyone who is in your group who is not competing will have to pay 25.00 for the 2 day pass or 15.00 for the 1 day wrist bands. The bands are available at the front gate.

This is a 3 day event; we will be running 6 courses at a time for Saturday’s competition. 3 for supers and 3 for 2.2’s.

We will be taking the top 15 from each class for Sunday.
Each competitor will run 3 courses on Saturday to qualify for Sundays final. Note: your scores will not be cleaned for the second day. You will continue with your running score from Saturday. If you did not make the top 15 you will receive a 50 for each of the 3 Sunday courses you did not complete.


Sundays top 15 from each class will run (2) courses to determine the top five. Again, if you were in the top 15 and did not make the top 5 at this point, you will receive 50 points for the last course not completed.

The top 5 will do an announced shoot out to determine the winner.
The shootout will start with the 5th place driver going first and the 1st place driver going last. This format should prove to be very exciting and it will give spectators a better idea of who’s who and who’s in the chase for the title.

2.2's will have split cables, 9" center to center on one side and 10" c to c on the other.
supers cables will be set at 12.5".

Friday: Tech inspection 3:00pm- 8:00 pm, tech and drawing poker chips for running order.
Welcome party begins at 8:00pm at the Donner ski ranch bar and grill.


Saturday:

Late and final tech inspection will be held between 6:00am to 8:00am at the top of the hill. LATE TECH ON SATURDAY MORNING WILL BE CUT OFF AT 7:45AM. IF YOU ARE NOT IN LINE BY 7:45 AM, SORRY, SEE YA NEXT YEAR.
Anyone who needs to have late tech will be charged $5.00 per car and should notify Ckrc hobbies that they will tech late.

Drivers meeting: 8:30 am at the Bprca booth at the top of the hill.

Start of competition is 9:00am

We will be enforcing the time called to the line rule. When the competitor in front of you starts, you should have your car in place and ready to go as soon as he is done. As soon as the judge is finished with the previous driver, they will start the stop watch and give you 1 minute to start your course. If you have not started your course within that 1 minute, you will receive a 50 for that course and the judge will move on to the next competitor. The Bprca will try to be as fair as possible with this ruling, but everyone needs to understand that there are 100 competitors and we have to finish in a timely manner.

Officials will be pulling crawlers for random re-tech all day.

Estimated end of event is approx 4:00 to 5:00pm.

?:?? pm the monster raffle will begin. During the raffle the Bprca will announce the top 15 from each class for Sunday’s event.


Sunday:

8:00 am Running order will be randomly drawn. Be at the ckrccrawlers booth at the top of the hill to draw your chip.
