If you compete read this.

We are working on getting the invites list together for the Nationals so we can send them out. Here is how the invites will work.
  • Top 2 finishers from each club in each class
*after the invite has been sent if either of the top 2 cannot make it the spot can then be opened up to anyone in your top 5.
  • Top 5 from Nationals lastyear
*This only counts as a last chance qualifier. If this person also finished in your clubs top 2 they will use that spot.
  • Sponsored spots

Remember a "series" is considered at a minimum of 4 events, and the series is to have ended on or before July 1st. If you are currently in the middle of a series that HAS completed 4 events then use the current top 2. If you are currently in the middle of a series that HAS NOT completed 4 events then use the results from your last complete series.

I currently have the invites for these clubs:

Colorado
NARCCA
WARCRC
SoCal
MNRCRC
SVSC
MWRCA
UTRCRC
MTRCRC
ORCRC
PARC
NMRCRC
Sercrc
Vegas
CT Rockcrawlers
ETRC
Carolina Rock Crawlers
NorCal
CMRCRC
TSC

I have not received the invites for these clubs.

BPRCA
Hawaii
NewEngland RCcrawlers

If you belong to one of the clubs that I have not gotten them for you need to make sure that your clubs rep gets them to me ASAP or your invites will not be going out.

What are sponsored spots?

jason 07-02-2007 09:39 AM

This event will have several large sponsors. As part of their sponsorship deal those companies will recieve spots in the competition.

This is very typical and happens in most motorsports, 1;1 and RC both.

jamesbernatchez 07-02-2007 09:50 AM

Nice, ill talk to the director of the CT Rockcrawlers to get you the top two information.

It's ok, you guys on the bottom list can admit it... you're scared.

SlinkySam 07-02-2007 06:57 PM

Jason, PM sent to you for Nor-Cal invites. John had posted it up in the original Nationals section for the 2.2 class. We still don't have seats for the Supers.

Could you please change the original list up there and move CMRCRC to the upper column?

TwistedCreations 07-02-2007 07:14 PM

Jason, I already sent you a PM about our invites... I sent it a few weeks back but will post it in the nationals section

NaZ-T 07-02-2007 07:30 PM

This might be bit off topic. When the invites go out do you know how long you'll have to sign up or fill yor spot and the cost of registration. (info is not for me, I'm going no matter what)

jason 07-02-2007 07:33 PM

Cost per class is going to be $75.00.

Not sure on the length of time, but you'll probably have about a week to claim your spot.

If coming up with the money in that time is a major issue for someone, when that time comes I will be willing to work with them.

NaZ-T 07-02-2007 07:35 PM

Thanks Jason for the snappy reply

Hahaha, funny enough, I have a habit of ignoring him when I sit next to him when we drive out to comps. It's not you.... it's the Vadger.

Hey Jason

I have 4 quick questions;

Will invites be sent out via Email or hardcopy?

What forms of payments will be accepted?

When do you expect the invites to be sent?

When is the event (if this date is not yet available, please let us know when it might be)?

Thank you in advance

Rene
