Thats not a problem at all. Down around here that time of year is normal dry and rainny days are weeks apart. No Permits needed. Securing a location is nothing. There is 10,000ac to choice from. Hogan runs a camp gorund on it and is there all year long. His all for it. There is also a State Camp ground right across the street from Hogans. If I'm not mistaken there are Hotels withen 30-45min away also.

What about the AR,TN and KY guys?

I'm aiming to have it happen after the Nats.. That way if some of the guys out there can have a chance to compete with us. Plus I don't want to have anyone pic this over the Nats aswell. What we can do is make it a 2 day event. Friday and Saturday. Friday cook out, Camping and a small Scale style trail run. Then the 2.2 and Supers can run on Saturday.
