Sounds all good to me. I know a few from CMRCRC would head down. A few hours drive is alot cheaper then flying half way across the country. Plus I don't get a chance to make it to alot of Comps. So an invite for me is out of the question. I'll tip in a have some good give aways and talk to the LHS for more items....I think End of Aug or start of Sept is a good... That should get enought time to get items and plans worked out. May not go the smoothest. But should be loads of fun... Hell who cares lets just crawl....

I'll have 2 1:1 Jeeps set up for crawling down there aswell. One has 38's and the other as 42in'ers. So I ran give rides if needed. but almost any 1:1 thats 4x4 can make it to 90% of the place. There is side roads and by passes pretty much every where...

Plus there isn't another spot like it in the states.

Thats pretty much the plan...

This year everyone is invited, but next might have to have invites.. Not sure yet.

We need to divide the clubs up and see who all can do what. So one club isn't doing it all.

T-Shirts
Banners
Stickers
What Vendors can help and maybe show up aswell
Give Aways
Torphys (sp?)
Food and Drinks
Flyers
Judges
What class's 2.2, Super, maybe a Scale Class or trail run
and so on..

www.Cafepress.com is easy and cheap for shirts.
Link in my sig for examples of our club shirts.
Late Oct, early Nov works best for me. That also give people time for planning.
Count on what ever help you need from MNRCRC.

It sounds like you got the t-shirt connection so why don't you do them and we'll do the judgeing or flyers

Hmmmmm, I'm not able to attend Nationals this year as we will be moving again around that time.

Depending on the date, I would like to attend.
