Default Moab Crawl

Hey, I;m new to the forums and am from Moab Ut. Last year sometime I did the Moab Rim in my real jeep and came down the trail to find an RC crawler comp going on. I've flown RC planes before and did a little boating. Right now I have a minizilla and a PTI MMT on backorder from tower. I was wondering if there was going to be another comp in Moab and when thanks,
Jake

Get a hold a PinchFlat or Kaetwo, they run the UTRCRC comps.

I want to know also.

I need to buy plane tickets soon.

If Sept 10 is correct then 3 members of SERCRC might join in the fun!

Drop pinch or myself a line and we'll fill you in on the details. The dates are not set in stone yet.

Peace

Don't wait too long to set a date for this. Some of us need some time to plan for things like this. A Moab crawl in September or October is something I'd be real interested in. I'd head down a couple days early and do some mountain biking.

Hey guys... September 10th is slated for Moab. We already have guys reserving rooms in Moab for that weekend. And we have a few of our southern friends that have shown interest in coming out for the Moab Crawl-Off II.

Oh no, I'm not a free ride type, my COG is way too high! I just have a Trek Fuel 80, kinda I'm still in the middle of overhauling it, hope to have it running again by this Saturday. I need some motivation to help lower my COG a bit.

Just cross country for me, or trail bike, or whatever they call it nowadays. I usually do the Millcreek trails on weekday rides. I used to do the Little Cottonwood pipeline a lot but it was too hard on my knees. Any good trails near Little Moab? I'm not familiar with that area at all, if there's some decent riding to be had there maybe I'll take my bike to the comp.

Cool, I'll have to start making some reservations myself.

Freeride and DH mostly. But also an Echo Team for trials and a Haro escape for urban. Hopefully I'll have my PTI built and customized before sept 10th.

There are a ton of options when it comes to staying in Moab. You can camp in your car, camp at a place with a pool, hot tub, and showers, or a hotel. And different pricing on hotels for how nice you like it. Try discovermoab.com.
