MWRCA Comp #2 summer series

Where to? not many places to choose from.

Corralville is no longer a option.

Last report on the caves was that it was flooded and closed.

Mcbride is probably still spilling.

What happend with Corraville?

Cole82 08-02-2007 03:35 PM

My vote is in. I want devil's for some reason the crawling is always awesome there. I just like it.
Mcbride would be nice as well, but it's so hit or miss. I went boating down there on a saturday. No water just the usual dribble. Then went back sunda to go crawling and it was a raging river.

Rangers kicked us out. Or rather we are now restricted to rocks that don't have fossils in them and are out of the pubilc eye.

I'm thinking about Devils lake to Cole it always is a good time out there. Recently did a whole lot of mods to the trucks it would be interesting to see how much more capable they are. Not a whole lot of places to comp, but I'm sure we can find something again.

What date are you going to do this? My truck is out for now went brushless and now I'm transmission less. I just ordered a metal lathe and mill when I get that all up and runing I should have a working and hopefully bomb proof tranny. Other than that what other suggestions do you guys have for Jugg trannys?

Traxxas Emaxx trans is the perfect jugg implant. It is bomb proof and has a good selection of ratios.

August 19th

I may not be able to make this comp 1 my truck is down and until I get time to rebuild, no ride. 2 The archery business is really kickin' right now so I need to make $$$ while I can. I will keep you posted.

Just wondering where the club members of MWRCA are from. I am from Long Grove, IA near Davenport and am dying to see some of these trucks. Anybody from near there? I would be willing to travel to see you guys play.
