i know allot of us have crawled allot at 24th street, but i thought it would be easier for anyone new coming considering we did D&D last weekend and peaked allot of interest. plus, if we are setting up stages, we can use gates and boundary markers to make things more difficult or new. we may also have to crawl a little further up the mountain to get some new terrain. we are starting to run out of new terrain to run events on so if anyone ever sees some good new terrain be sure to post it up.

In addition, we may run a speed stage. A stage mostly based on time, best time gets more points. I wanted to do this last time and just read about it in dirt sports mag. i think it will be fun.

also, what do you guys think about allowing more than one driver per vehicle? this way more people can compete (drive). For example, grover and his father can both drive the same truck in the unlimited class.

we'll need some stop watches again, and if anyone else has tennis balls they can cut up, that may help too. this way we can setup more than two stages at a time. the 2.2 and unlimited will be setup before the comp starts, it would be nice to have the second stages setup before hand also.

we will be judging this event slightly different. there will be a judge watching the truck calling out the penalties to another judge that is sitting down just writing the scores down. also, we will have one set of judges for the 2.2 class, and one set of judges for the unlimited class. it's easier that way for those of us that are judging. we can take a break and enjoy the action.

We could always crawl the landscaping in front of the mini-mall on the corner of Southern and Power...

Change of plans for me guys. It looks like I'm not going to make it this time. I'm currently working on a new chassis and it's almost complete, so I kind of hate to leave it sit Besides, the 17" stick is undergoing surgery as well, so I'd only be able to bring the 2.2 anyway. I'll see whoever comes to the WE ROK event next weekend
