| 2007 MNRCRC Fall Comp 1 Results & Pics Gentlemen, it was a great day. We had a total of 17 people and 19 trucks (not to mention how ever many scalers). We got to meet a few new people. It was nice of Jonathan (SlugzRacing) to run with us. He definetely gets the longest distance award coming from CO. It was also good to meet Jay (TJB), Chris Dean, Shawn, and Joe (JoeHein). Hope to see you guys out there next time. And as always a big thanks to everyone that attended an also to those who helped out. On to the points... |

| Mike, that pic doesn't look scale at all. Casey, the claws seemed to work pretty well from what I saw. I think at least 3 people were running them. |

| Pics are here...
This is the "new" guy who showed the regulars how it's done. This is the second time this year a newbie shows the way. Good job. Now on with the "Fun" the Scalers came out in numbers this time! Wow, there are lots of nice builds here. Some great work by all. Beckworks made this little number...Fast5Xc's beast of a rig. My newly aquired SWEET little rig built by James B. Oh and Slugz has the MONSTER truck award. Huge scaler here. Really great job! Here he is giving a helpful hook with my Scout. |

Awesome comp guys!!! I had terrible runs, and still had a blast Congrats to our newbie (Chris Dean) for the win on the first time through the MNRCRC gates Don't count on repeating that too often Chris It was nice to meet you Slugz, congrats on your 3rd as well Welcome to our new members, tjb, Shawn, Chris D. & Joe H. The weather was perfect, the turn out pretty darn good for as many regulars as were out. You guys going to the Nats need to get in A game mode, Kevin and I will help you with some tough Moab style courses over the next couple of comps Our next comp could be our biggest ever attendance I'll be posting that up tonight or tomorrow. Thanks to all who attended and helped Hope to see you all on the 26th! |

| A Crawlerado Infuence to a Minnesota Comp
The MNRCRC was treated to a Crawlerado style comp course by the one and only "Slugz Racing". Slugz was kind enough to share Colorado view on course layout. Which is basically take the most impossible line and approach and then make it just a little more difficult. Slugz mentioned that it was the reason why he is so lightning fast at replacing TLT axles. Which he demonstrated on Greg Campions SW3 it was impressive to watch. Slugz also made himself available to one and all he was truly enjoyable. He made many new friends and probably influenced course layout at Taylors Falls for some time to come. The "Crawlerado Gang" can all be proud of their Ambassador to Minnesota. "Slugz Racing" did a wonderful job of sharing the Colorado crawling experience and culture. It's easy to see how one geographical area could produce so many talented drivers. Thanks Slugz it was a pure pleasure to spend a little time with you. You will always be welcome at the MNRCRC |
