Default W.Pa.C. Final Comp of the Summer 2007 Series - Oct 21st

With the State Championship behind us, we still have a Series to complete. The final Comp is scheduled for October 21st. Let's make this one a great turnout. The information is below:

Date: October 21, 2007
Time: 9:00 am Drivers Meeting/Tech
9:30 am Comp Starts
Classes: Super and 2.2 (Bring your scalers for a trials run if time permits)
Location: Yorkville Dam (Yorkville, OH)
Fees: Members $3/rig
Non Members $5/rig
Extra Events: Swap Meet
Series Class winners will be awarded prizes. (Top 3)

For those of you that need directions:

Coming in from Washington, Pa you would follow 70w to Wheeling Island exit 0. Go straight until you cross the bridge into Ohio. Make the left turn just past the bridge to 7n. Follow 7n to Pattons Run/Picoma Road exit. Go right off the exit to the stop sign by the manure plant. Make a left across the train tracks then turn left onto old Ohio 7 and follow it about 1/2 mile to the dam entrance.

If your coming across 22w take the Ohio 7s exit follow 7s until you see the Pattons Run/Picoma Road exit. Go left off the exit to the stop sign by the manure plant. Make a left across the train tracks then turn left onto old Ohio 7 and follow it about 1/2 mile to the dam entrance.

For the WV guys...

Use this for your destination: Old OH-7/River Rd @40.150750, -80.706770

Follow I-77 N
Take exit 44A to merge onto I-70 E toward Wheeling
Take exit 225 toward US-250 W/OH-7/Bridgeport
Turn right at Marion St
Turn left at Hall St
Turn left to stay on Hall St
Turn left at S Lincoln Ave
Turn right at US-250/US-40
Turn left at OH-7 N
Take the ramp onto OH-7 N
Turn right at Old OH-7

I know you all will be heart broken, but unfortunately I won't be able to make it up to this one.

Hope you guys have a great turnout. And good luck to the guys in the running for points.

oh yeah, lets test out our tire rubber compounds in the cold and snow!

plus, we gotta play with/break all our goodies we get for x-mas!!!

furthermore, we're getting hoodies, so there's no reason NOT to run a winter series!!!

Oh hell yeah!

A little action in the cold would be great!

I have snow chains for one truck, I'd love to test out. Plus, I am curious on how the different tires would work with cooler temps.
