We got a few possible course obsticles layed out yesterday, all I can say is there is going to be some air time!! It should be a blast for sure! What's cool is for all of the guys that don't have a didicated rock racer or a fast crawler, you should be able to do the whole course just fine with a "regular" speed crawler. For the guys that have the power though, air time baby! |

Are there technical rock sections or should I just bring my stampede?

Is there going to be more than 1 rig on the course at a time?

It'd be sweet to run 2 guys on the course at the same time, double elimination bracket style;) Loose twice and you're done, keep winning and you're in. |

| That's how we were running them yesterday goofing around, it ws pretty hilarious. I think we should talk Ty and Patrick into doing it that style, it's way more entertaining with more than one person running at a time.

Peanut the SW2ber will be ready to roll. If we have enough guys it might be good to break the vehicles into a couple classes. Like a crawler class and a pro-mod class. Just so that guys with 55T motors and 6-7 cells don't have to race against Ty's 14 cell monster. Peanut would run pro-mod with his 13.5" wb, 4ws, and 5.5" tall tires. I like the idea of focusing on speed and keeping the technical crawling aspect down. Great job guys. |

| Totally agree. If we're looking to have fun, running multiple rigs at once makes it alot more fun.

I don't think it would be fair to run guys with crawlers against guys with rock racers though. I've been trying to talk a few people into showing up with crawlers just to have fun. | |

Griz don't forget the rig that won the last rockrace wasn't a racer at all, and was one of the slowest rigs there ;) Remeber the tortise and the hare... |

If you just have a standard cawler, you could just through in a stock 27 turn motor and sha-bam, Rock racer! No other mods or changes needed. Plus, you can pick up on of those motors for cheap! |
