Default Indoor crawling is coming to CT...

Pinshop Hobbies in Waterbury CT is currently building an indoor crawling course. it's looking good so far with some very unique obstacles and a variety of course options. if the opinion of a senior editor from a local r/c mag is any indication, the track is going to be sweet.

the owners, Steve and Pat are going all out on this project and I hope some of you will check the place out. they're really excited about it. i don't think there's anything like this anywhere else in CT, well if there is, I haven't heard of it.

Hope to come and check it out when I come up to visit family this spring/summer. Maybe by then I'll get my dig sorted out.

We went to pinstop for the first time last weekend. Seemed like a decent place. Saw the crawler course. My first reaction from someone without an axial type crawler was it was narrow, steep and very bumpy

Is it good for 1.9's or just comp crawlers?

The day I was there, they were running a 1.9 on it. It looks like they built it around 1.9 and 2.2. You should do just fine

Went there yesterday. Its tough for my rig (CR-01), but I managed some lines there. Pretty fun though. I could still use a few more ounces up front I noticed.

Pretty fun to use my Grasshopper on their carpet oval too!
