2014/2015 OCK winter series. We will be having our winter series on Saturdays. This way if there is a snow day we can try and shoot for the next day. So with that said we are going to start the winter series on November 15th 10:00 tech 10:30 start.the next comp will be December 6th we will be posting a schedule shortly. We are thankfull to have our winter series at R/C Madness with out Chris we would have to wait till spring time run on some dry rocks .R/C Madness is located at 101 north st Enfield CT. We will be running 2.2 pro (motor over axle or dig function) , and shafty class (shaft driven rock crawler with one motor and two drive shafts) . This is open to all skill levels. There will be a charge of $10.00 for each class. This allows us to have the means of getting trophies and prizes at the end of the Winter series and the use of the indoor rock course. We are hard at work changing the rocks around and building a ramp system with shed roof access and plunty of drops and side hills.. ![]() We hope you can come join us for some indoor rock crawling fun. |

November 15th def start date. December. 6th January. 11th February 1st March 1st March.8th March. 29th April. 12th finish. We can drop two sets of points out of the series.. OCK hopes these dates work for everyone. The only date set in stone is the start date November 15th.@10:00. Last edited by ctsami; 03-17-2015 at 08:16 PM. |

Hello everyone. The OCK Crew is very excited about this sat.the course is just about done.it is going to definetly be a fun day. 10:00am tech 10:30 starts the first course. 3 courses per class. We are going to kick it off first with... 1st shafty pro 2nd noviçe shafty 3rd 2.2 pro. It is looking like we might have a few new people so I wanted to let them see how the points work in shafty pro. There will be different Courses for each class. It is $10.00 for each class. This allows us to have a place to crawl, prizes and a party pizza from Frankies. We hope you can make it. |

Curt (crawlinghulls-got some shock and tire adjustments to make) 2. Mark 1. Dan (ctsami, and the course builder... hmmm... seriously great job) |

Hi Rich Sorry for the delay in response to your question. The run what you brung class is open to anyone with an electric rc vehicle that is capable of climbing over rocks and threw gates on a low key no score, gated and timed course. This way maybe we can get some more new people interested in the comp crawling side of the hobby. .If you would like to see how your truck would do weather it be a Scaler ,Wraith,or Rock Crawler this is the place to do it.please keep vehicles under 16"wide by 16 long."For run what you brung class. Normal comp rules say your truck needs to be under 12 1/2"inches long wheel nut to wheel nut maximum for shafty pro,and 2.2 pro..There are a couple of losi night crawlers up for rent if anyone would like to come try crawling in the Novice class .We are more then welcome to have more people to crawl with.. |

Here are the points standings so far for 2.2 pro going into round 5 including no shows and +2 points for each time a person took last on a course. We will be dropping one set of points at the end. We are only half way threw the winter series and it is still anyone's game . We look forward to seeing everyone this Sunday for round 5 and next Sunday march 8th for round 6 .. Shafty pro has only been run once so points for that will be coming if we continue to have our trucks all ready and running . Dan P. 772 RI Bob. 690 Mark. 690 Curt. 672 Dan R. 670 Bob. 622 Brian. 620 Stan. 620 Billy. 618 Ri Jay. 616 Emily. 594 Last edited by ctsami; 02-27-2015 at 08:25 PM. |
