Rock Island Scale Guidelines
Bumpers must extend beyond front edge of front tires and rear edge of rear tires
Wheelbase must match the body (wheel wells) +/- ¼ inch
Axles must be driven by a centrally located transmission or transfer case
Fender/Body must cover 50% of the tire width of both front and rear tires
Winching is allowed
Rear steer is not allowed
Max tire height/diameter – 4.75 inches

Rock Island Management is all in on this one. The Island will be offering breakfast and instant coffee as well as wings for lunch (nothing like Troy's MEAT) would love this to be pot luck as well - feel free to bring a dish

there will be trophies for the winners in each category
