Last run was at Woodland Beach, east of Smyrna. If you happen across an area you think might be suitable, let us know.

Not sure how far a haul it is for you, but it might be worth talking to the folks that run Blue Diamond park. They have RC pavement and dirt tracks so Rc is already established there. That said; there is also a defunct putt-putt course there that has a large Number of rocks that could be reconfigured into a crawler course!

Well I have talked to blue diamond before. They are not wanting a rock crawling course built. But the Guy did say if we had our own equipment it would be a little different if we to build it ourselves. Ill contact someone else I know at blue diamond

I have not looked to closely at it, but the rock, as they are on the putt putt course, might be fun to run on. If that is the case, then no moving of rocks would be needed.

I can tell you that they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. There is no one around. You will need to talk to Don or Pete, if I remember correctly (Barry, chime in here).

Jeff,

Check out Port Penn. Last I knew they had a pretty big line of breaker rocks like pictured above.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...K%3AMEWAX%3AIT

Bought it Barry. He dropped the price to $175 ($186 Shipped). I could not let it go. He sent me back a message on the ESC. It's a Goat...that alone is more than 1/2 the price.

If crawling don't work out, I'm sure that I can flip it and make my money back and then some.

I think you will like it. Crawling is more fun when you have someone to crawl with. That was my reason for getting rid of my first crawlers.

That goes for everything RC. At least for me. I get bored by myself. Flying, trucks, etc...

I Google Earthed it last night, and did not see much, but it could be an old pic. I did see a possible location on teh south side of St. Augustine Beach though.

Along St. Augustine Road (rt. 9). May be St. Augustine Beach. It's the big parking lot with the boat launch. Directly across from the Nuke Plant. (Why in the hell would someone fish there, I don't know, but they do).

Yep, that is what I saw.

When do you expect your crawler to arrive?
