Get of exit 59 and go west on hwy 56 toward nevada. After you cross the railroad tracks make a right at the 2nd light by the caterpiller dealer repair place, then go a few miles and when the speed limit drops to 40 mph take the next left on Midvalley rd and will take you to the spot. Has signs posted once you get to Midvalley for 3 peaks.
Turn right on the dirt road past the mtn bike trailhead before the flag pole and drive up till you see the rocks and the pavillion.

Very smooth up to the pavillion. My old s 10 low rider could make it to the pavillion.

I checked and there is a film festival going on that week, so rooms are filling up quick

Even if youre only 10% sure that youre coming, its a safe bet to reserve a room. Most hotels will let you cancel up to the last day so there is no risk if you cant make it.

Can you list your top 5 favorite places in town? I prefer Mom and Pop places.... stuff that I cannot get at home but if you have something that is more like a chain and really good, post up if you would and I will copy it over to the info thread. "thumbsup"

My favorite mexican food places in town are Albertos for chain food and Lupias for a nice sit down.

Favorite mom and pops eating place is the Country market off hwy 56. Best breakfast ever since I moved here from the south. Probably our overall favorite place in town. Kinda small and can be hard to get into at busy times.

The Hong kong buffet is good and they have sushi. But I have never eaten the sushi, wife and kids like it alot.

Sonny boys BBQ is the best BBQ in town.

Hermies drive in makes some good hamburgers and quick grab food.

The pizza factory has some great calzones and pizza.

Of course if you drive up hwy 56 back into town there's tons of the standard fast food chain restaurant places.

Been chasing this elec gremlin in my car since Worlds. I think I finally have it down to the ESC's so I am going to replace them ASAP. Have a bunch of other stuff to do too.

I am excited for this comp. Should be a good one. The more I think about the location, the more I think it will suit our needs perfectly.

Trophies should be done this week,... hopefully.

Since Don and Spencer really screwed the whole system at BOTW and took home like 1/2 the total trophies, it really made me re think about how to make a functional trophy but make it so you dont take multiple home.

Each person who takes podium will take 1 trophy home. It will have all the classes that you won on the single trophy.

If you help judge or score, I would also like to give you one of these. If you dont want to help judge or score and dont take podium, I will have a couple for sale to help recover the costs of the trophies.

Hopefully you guys will like these. I have had a version of one of these in my truck for years. Its a huge time saver to be able to charge batteries on the way to your crawling site (and on the way home).
