I never got to see the thing on Towerhobbies... what was the price they were showing? This thing sounds cool... I might have to get one for a couch-crawler. |

I have yet to see anything Duracr...trax worth buying, every experiance I've had with them has been bad.... that being said if you treat it like any other kit, like a tlt the only part you really need is the axles. and if they are like any other there will be upgrades. Who knows it might be a great little out of the box runner. And for the newbs who don't know any better, Axial isn't as new as everyone thinks it is, and its "piss poor" design was modeled after several trucks and chassis that were created and proven my Rcc veterans, and little things like the battery placement was done to make the truck more basher friendly to broaden its appeal to a virgin market Pretty much every major market advance in crawling has at least one Rcc member who has been here for quite a while pushing for it and providing crucial advise |

I saw the truck a few weeks ago. These pics are of the RTR with all the upgrades. The stock truck comes with all plastic susp. and steering links, alluminum chassis side plates and the battery mounted in the chassis belly. In these pictures GP had carbon fiber stickers on many of the pieces. |

Guys That is not carbon fiber stickers. It is an actual process that is used (sort of like silk screen) that is on some of the parts. The stock parts come black but we thought it would be kinda cool to have something optional to "bling" out your truck to go along with all of the aluminum and actual carbon upgrades. I will post up pics tonight. J |

I received the official press release from jdawg53 of Duratrax and posted it up on the RCC home page. Thank you Duratrax for a great new product in the Crawling market! http://www.rccrawler.com/duratrax_cliff_climber.html |

Bring on the newbies. So will this go into the clod section like the raptor axles did? What about the OCM/New Age/Bergs alxes? |

Any updates on release dates as well as ship dates? What about a word on upgrades and body options?
