| Cliff Climber in Utah (Nats)
Here are just a few of the pics I took of my Cliff Climer that I took out in Moab Utah. This is a hopped up CC that I have been running for some time now. -Blue aluminum upper links -Blue aluminum lower bent links -Metal gears -Futaba S9156 (front) servo -Hobbico CS170 (rear) servo Installing the Hobbico in the rear allowed me to eliminate the standoff in the rear (elimate flex in the rear.) -Futaba aluminum servo horns -DTX Big bore shock kit -Bearings (everywhere except the 3x6's) -12t front pinion -11t rear pinion -DTX graphite battery mount (on front servo) -5 cell battery -Holmes Hobbies 454's (AWESOME!) -Weighted front wheels -DTX Carbon fibre battery strap (even though I am not running a battery in the chassis) -Novak Rooster Crawler Last edited by jdawg53; 09-19-2008 at 11:34 AM. |

Nluv HAHA Yep, it is the one. It wasn't his fault though, at least not this time. I had to switch models on my 4PK and just forgot to set the endpoints for the steering. So, it wore through one of the dogbones. Stupid mistake. I can't wait for the cvd's. Hopefully soon. I have to say I was really happy with how well the stock tires worked on the sandy rocks. I used Hammers, Losi Claws and stock tires. The stock tires held their own with stock foams and everything. Last edited by jdawg53; 09-19-2008 at 11:24 AM. |
