Try HH Colbalts, I have been able to tame them down (w/ MM) so I am not snapping dog bones every 5 mins. And there is absolutely no stall. Now I am waiting on metal mains.

i was just wondering is there was a cheeper way other than that. just not wild about having to spend 80 bucks an then a speedo to boot for the lil truck . would be diff if it had a class but to put in in with the berg wow i think it will need lots.
what do u think j you have both . will it ever be a berg or on the same page as a berg

would the hh 370 motor bolt up . atomic has the pinion fot the small shft motors for the dettas an that could be done for alil over 40 bucks

I will put my CC up against a berg any day, I built a rock garden for my Super and this little guy will crawl almost all the same lines.
Once the CVDs , and now the main gears get installed i will ramp up the Mamba max.

I am looking to get a shafty next, I really like the C0-1 Unimog, that with the right chassis and other goodies could me a contender.

i really like the ax 10 an i like me ccz just wish there was a cheaper motor out there that would do the job. hell i paid 20 bucks for my ax 10 55 turn motor

HH Cobalt's are so powerful he has adapter plates to use on 540 motor mounts , can you imagine a 400 cobalt kicking ass against 540 motors?
