Meet Cliff Buster

This is what happens, when you have a nice Clob body and stock chassis and a top heavy, low performing Cliff Climber mixed with alot of ambition and some time to spare. It took all of 2 hours to complete. Its not completely done, I plan to tummy tuck it soon. I would have gotten alot more pics, but my camers is on its last leg and I had to fight with it to even get these 2 pics.
Stock 5500 380 motors
Traxxas EVX2 ESC
Dual Intellect 1600 2/3 cells
HiTec 625MG servo.

i like that alot nice work

Thanks, I have been tinkering with it alot and it is a real fun and cheap setup. I had the chassis and body, so it was a completely free build. 2 hours, 2 pieces of aluminum L, some cutting with the dremel and 4 holes was all it took.

Some better pics.

That is awesome looking. Nice work! The question is...how does it crawl?

Thanks everyone!

Crawl? Thats what I have 2 AX10 based comp crawlers for. This is one of my 4 Scale trail trucks. It holds its own, will do alot better with Lipos then these crappy Nimh packs. Being extended, it lost alot of the Clod Stall, but its alot more top heavy now, so its still present. I enjoy it alot more this way then I did in stock form. My son has a stock Brown RTR, that will be gettin a TCS Trail chassis sometime in the future.
