looking @ a cc, is it a good starter rig? i had a tmaxx, $3000 later, sold it for $700. dont need another money pit? my tj does that just fine

these are a great started especiallt 4 the price nd if you wanna spend the time nd lil dough they can b awsome. i personally am makin prodution tube chasis for these to just bolt on the axels to nd run in the 2.2 class. i bought one of these als for my lil brother for christmas and he bashes the sh** out of it nd it jst keeps going. i say order one todat |

Me an you are alike i also am selling my tmaxx. Just to much to run they always need, nitro, need this need that for something that aint worth the time. I also was wondering about this duratraxx rig. How is it or should i go with a losi mini

| I think you will be in for a lot of disappointment in your search for the "Golden RC". If you got into it thinking you would never spend another dime on parts, fuel, maint. etc. you made a mistake. The Ciff Climber (just like the Tmaxx) is a great rc. However, it will need repair. It will break. You will have to spend money to keep it up. Which direction and how much you are willing to put into it is entirely up to you.

well parts i dont care about when i have the money. I just dont have a huge interest in the nitro world. So if you could tell me which is better in performance the scorpion or mini that wouldbe great

ever thing has its disadvantages and advantages. i started of with the cc then i built a shafty tuber. i prefer the shafty more torque power and climbs every thing. but its slow not so fun for jst bashin and driven around. the cc needs alot to be competitive but it can be done. i just use mine for playin around with. the losi out of the box has its own class and is competitive and now has many hop ups. so its up to you wat u want.

i would also find a club near u or a store and ask if they have ny that u can test run. im fortunate enough to have two hobbie store not terribly far away that have some foam rocks to test your stuff on

I love my CC i converted it to 2.2 and once you get all metal gears and CVDs this thing is unstoppable. Oh I am also running cobalt motors, lots of speed Andrew |
