I emailed Neil at RW Racing and he replied back that he will have 9t and 10t .6 mod 2.3mm bore available in two weeks. He told me to email back in a couple weeks if I wanted some. Prices are about $5.02 each and shipping to the US is $3.86 or so.

Thanks for the update. I'll be getting a couple of each! With the HB Rovers I installed, the 11t pinions are barely cutting it.

Hello, So i do not have a CC, my buddy does, and we found a perfect fit 10t pinion

http://www.rampagehopups.com/product...&categoryId=26

It is from My RS10 I switched to the 8t pinions and offered him my 10t to try out. They fit perfect and do lower the gear ratio a little. The 8t might also work but we have not tried them as i do not want to take them back out of my crawler. Just thought i would let you all know that there is a 10t and possibly an 8t pinion that will work for you CC.

Rob is not the only one with these pinions but my interactions with Rob have been great and he is very helpful.

I thought the RS10 used 48p gear pitch vs. .6 mod. The metric .6 mod pitch is something like 43p vs 48p. So how is the gear mesh? Is it eating up the gears?

It hasnt eaten up the gears yet. He has only been through two charges so far, about 2.5 hours of solid crawling. So far the gears are holding up, we have even tried to get them to tear up (he floored it while i held onto the tires to keep them from spinning) and they are not slipping yet. I know that 2.5 hours is not a whole lot of testing time but so far they seem to be working great. I will say more later once we have done alot more crawling.

RW Racing has 11t, 10t and 9t available now. Haven't checked to see if they're on the website, but I got an email last week saying that they would be back from the hardener last Friday. I have a couple of each coming this way. Now I just need to dig my CC out of the box it's been in for over a year and try to make something out of it.

Mine showed up on Wednesday. Did you put them on the stock motors? I have the Banebot 390's, but I'm thinking of trying them on the stock ones first.

I installed them with the banebot 390's. The lower tooth pinions helped make up for my 5.5 tall rovers, and also helped the grade brake.

I realize that this is an old thread... hopefully some of the members are still around... with the pinions from RW did you go one smaller in the rear or just two 9s?

I bought 2 9T's and 2 10T's from him. I think it was 25-30 bucks with shipping. It'll take a while to get them.

I am actually hoping these 10t are metric and will fit on a 540 shaft like the novak 11t .6 mod , i am trying to use the 10t for my og hilux.
