Default 1.9 Toyota C.C.

Been lurking for a while now thought I'd post some pics of my C.C.

Mostly stock. Losi MRC rims and tires, Hitec 625 front servo, Rear steering is eliminated and I believe the Body is from an old Radio Shack Truck.

Thanks, I've got a set of axial stub shaft i'm ging to use to try and narrow it up a bit, and maybe shorten the front links a bit to get the wheels in the wheel well. I'm also working on some inner fenders I robbed from an old Jada toys celica that have led's in them. I'll post more pics as it progresses. Got to get some action shot's also.

I love the look of your set up. I would have to do something about the spring color. The springs just stand out to much.

Looks great! I had been wondering how the MRC wheels/tires would look on it; I like!

Thanks for all the compliments, Yeah i'm going to change the color of the springs, and throw a ladder frame under it. Trying to keep it pretty simple. Going to stick with the Murdered out theme though.

Looks great. You could use the tie-rods from the Evader ST to shorten up the wheelbase and make it line right up with the fencers.

The springs are just painted, you should be able to strip it off. Guys used to do this years ago because colored springs weren't 'cool', but they'd strip ALL the color off and couldn't tell what springs were stiff, medium, etc. Leaving a couple of coils painted solved that, but you might as well just leave all the paint on.

PS Patch up that 'speed hole' on the left side, before it starts to rust.

Oh I forgot that is a bone stock measurement. I haven't done the Axial stub shaft conversion yet. Hopefully that will narrow it another 1/2 to 3/4 inch overall. And the MRC wheels are not a direct fit. I had to trim a little of the housing ends so that it could turn. I'll take pic's later if anyone want's to see them.
