Default What is the runtime?

I have read that the cc only gets 10-15 minutes of runtime on two 1600 packs. Is that true, and are there any way to make it better other than driving conservitivly, like a different esc. It just dosen't sound right. I have a wheely king crawler and a losi mini crawler and they both get more than 30 minutes with almost full trottle the entire time. I was just wanting to confirm this becuse if this is true i may not want to get one, the cons seam to outweight the pros, but i was hoping two batterys would give it a better runtime than 15mins.

Default Runtime with My CC.............

Useing the Duratrax 1600's and so far I have quit or gotten tired of running the truck at 35 minutes and still have not seen a drop of speed or climbing. To me this is great performance.

Im running two 6 cell 1100 packs, and I can get at least 30 mins. So I imagine you can plus that with the 1600's.

I am glad to hear that you are getting good runtimes. I guess that he was just using old or crappy packs.

Novak Superduty.
Banebot 390's
6v BEC
Hitec 645 servo
Futaba Micro Servo running DIG
Stock tires

Cheap, used Rat-shack 1400's (only charged up 750mah), gave me 15mins.
Newer, used Elite 1500, (charging up near 1500mah), is giving me 30-40mins (only a couple runs on these so far).
