|  stock servo as a winch? ok after locking out rear steer i had a extra servo and desided to make a winch...ALOT harder then i thoght it would be. The servo ether turns like it would normally and stops like it normally does or spings wildly outta control...i need help i read something about the pot shoft or somthing but the gear has indents solid in it when i get ca glue i do what??? center the shaft glue it then cut it so it sits lower and does not touch the gear???
