| i just got 645mg servos for the front and back. i like the rear steer so i would like to keep it. what i don't like is the vertical rod that makes the rear steer awful. how can i keep the rear steer but get rid of this rod? |

| Some servo's rotate the opposite direction of the stock ones. The 645mg are that way, what I did was use the 645 up front, reverse the servo and move the rear arm to the opposite knuckle. I used the stock servo in the rear so they rotated in opposite directions. The front servo does most of the work so I figured that the rear would be ok as stock. I hope this makes sense, and unfortunatly I don't have any pics and I have since locked out the rear stearing. |

| I think you are talking about the spacer that raises the steering link. If so just get a longer screw with a nyloc nut and attach the link from the servo on top of the link that goes from side to side. I also used a non locking nut in between the 2 links. I have locked out my rear steer so do not have any pics of how I had it. You will also need to reverse one of the servos or the wheels will turn the same way and just crab. here is the link to reversing a servo. | On the CC I've been messing with I got rid of the big spacer, flipped the servo horn so it points down and bought a reversing Y harness. The harness cost about 8 bucks. |
