Default wheel base

what would be a good wheel base for my cliffy and gears i want alot of torque but also want a lil bit of speed top speed now is like 3 maybe 4 downhill. torque is decent

as far as wheel base i ran mine at 11. 3.4 inch and loved it... Also ran a bigger tire.. 2.2 as far as wheel speed i used the stock gears and was happy with that...
