Default Some advice from CC owners please

I just purchased a large RC lot from an estate sale and as part of that lot I have a new/never ran stock CC with tx,extra bodies, NiMh bats, and Duratrax charger.

What I'm wondering is should I put this up for sale (here or e-bay) or set it up and use it as a loaner for folks that are thinking about getting into crawling?

So as owners/users of a CC how would you go?

My third option is to use as the base of a military semi-scale build, maybe a mil-steer humvee or such...but the last thing I need is another project.

I would also say keep it and use it as a base for crawling but tell them to not get too excited! Don't get me wrong these little units pack a punch for what they are...... but there is still alot to be desired.

Update - first thanks for the advice and feedback. Just for kicks I put the CC up for sale on RCU (and here) and within 10min I was flooded with offers. I ended up usinging it as part of a trade for a very nice scaler
