LOL, Yes. You really want to go with a quality iron with a solid ceramic rather than a ceramic coated iron. In the long run it will outlast the coated one and will tend to keep a more consistent heat throughout the iron. This allow's you to not have to make a second pass over the hair since the iron won't leave "cold spot's" that still have wave in them. Because of this you'll have healthier hair due to less damage.
