So what was the big challenge in the finals course that first place cleared and nobody else did? I see everyone except first place had a 40.

It was a 50 point course. I know myself and 1 or 2 others didnt get past gate 7 because it was a slick rock. We were trying to bounce up it. Found out after either Austin or Joe ran that you had to jump on it then slow turn the tires to get up it. I cant remember if Joe got up it or not. Anyway, Austin lost his rear drive on the last gate. 86Jeep made a nice run.

| Thats right......thats why I was confused. I keep kicking myself in the ass on that one. I KNOW that the panthers like the slow turn on the slick stuff. Just got in a hurry. I had a great time though and didnt really care how I did after I found out I was in the top 5. Cant wait till next year! |

This was gate 7. It does not look that bad but that copper rock is SLICK! I knew I had to at least make it there to keep my spot from Jake. I think I spent about 2 minutes or so on it.

| Yeah, one would think that a waiter or waitress that saw a table of 20-30 people in their section would be a little more on point...that could be one helluva a tip. Anyway...the food was good..the beer was good...the company was good. Somebody had said that we should have all switched our seats after we put in our orders...i wish we did it..the waiters head would have exploded!!! LOL:-P

No they are talking about the one in downtown Copperhill. They thought the Olympics were back in town for a weekend. They made more off of us crawlers in 2 nights than they do for the entire year. BTW That is the last time I follow Mr. Renoirbud's ordering. 4 plates full of food!!! WOW He was done with all 4 of his by the time I got started on plate 2. We had the entire 2nd floor filled with crawlers, they closed at 10pm but i think it was 11:30ish by the time we all left. Good times!! Allready lookin forward to next year. |
