I may have missed it, but is there going to be a specific running order or is this going to be a free crawl format?

I beleive its free crawl... We used to have a running order at our local comps that fish put on, but as more people started showing up, we quickly did away with it. I dont think he would want to put up with that many drivers in any kind of order... could be wrong though

FREE CRAWL ABSOLUTLY!

ECC was the FIRST MAJOR Competition to use Free Crawl. I saw it being run by the Utah club a few years, and knew that it was the way ALL competitions would be ran in the future. I think a was right

Great! We went to Free Crawl for our club comps and never looked back. Worked well for Motorama too.

I was going to bring some boneless chicken breast in my own Jerk marinade and I was thinking about possibly a pork butt or 2.

If we bring a big piece of meat, will we need to bring our own remote thermometers?

Just so no one is confused....Brian is cooking DURING the comp, and the we will have grills set up for everyone to use AFTER the comp.

The smoker will be running later in the day so the food will be ready for supper.
