Sad thing is, if he tows the jeep with his 2500 Silverado w/ 454, he gets about 8mpg. I've noticed on the smaller displacement trucks, as soon as you tow anything with them, they take a pretty serious gas mileage hit. I used to get 17-20mpg highway in my Suburban, but as soon as I hooked up to the trailer with the Jeep, I'd drop to 9mpg. I've pulled lighter/smaller trailers, and noticed a similiar mpg hit. | |

This will be my first time attending the ECC and I have heard so many positive things about the comp site, the participants and the organizers that make tihs all go.
