2012 Scale Dash & Poker Run

I will attempt to out line the format here.

Check back often because its going to be a work in Progress

The rules concerning vehicles are simple "Run what you brung", and try to keep with spirit of a "Scale Event" as best as you can. If want run your sportsman truck with a Jeep body then go for it. It will help you in some place and it will hurt you in others.

The Dash aspect is a speed/timed event where fastest time wins.

There is a possibility of mud and water bonuses, but nothing risky will be required.

The Poker Run aspect will serve 2 purposes. Primary purpose to verify that drivers competed the entire course, and secondary to give those less fleet of foot a competitive challenge.

Playing cards in sealed colored envelops will positioned around the course.
Drivers must collect all the required envelopes. After finishing the course the envelopes will be opened and the driver will build his best natural poker hand.
(No duplicate cards can used. Example = 5 Aces can't be used as a hand)

What the winners win for each portion is still in development.

Suggestions and questions are welcomed "thumbsup"

I can't wait for this, so much work to get my scaler drivable in time! The format sounds cool and I like the poker part for those of us 'less fleet of foot'

nice so that would mean a bone stock wraith to a full blown scale jeep could be run together?

Yep...no speed race! The slowest time COULD win (*EDIT* the poker run aspect)

There are 2x parts.

One part is the Scale Dash, and the other part is the Poker Run.

If your NOT interested in the speed aspect then have fun with the Poker Run part.

This sounds like a blast. Great compromise for those without fast rigs or fast feet.
