Good to hear, the only thing gayer than a scaler is a scaler with a winch. :lmao:

Agreed, We dont care how many gas cans, shovels, sleeping bags, or pet puppies you got piled on your truck. Fastest time wins Jack "thumbsup"

I just dont want to see any comp chassies, or rovers on your rigs.

Everyone needs to chill on all the anti-winch talk especially if you don't know what we have planned.

We are working with a potential sponsor to have a portable winch station.

One question....typically at scale events touching your truck is not allowed. How were you guys planning rollover/recovery?

Re: 2013 ECC Scaler Jam

Damn, Oh well. I'll make it point to get it water proofed and installed.

The plan is to make it technical enough that if you drive too fast you will flip over or break.

For those that get in trouble....

... is helping us design a PORTABLE 4amp Ti-Gear winching station with a simple toggle switch. "thumbsup"

Sounds like a good time as long as the rules list isn't as long as the comp rules list! I'm ready for some LEEROY JENKINS!! Type stuff!

Re: 2013 ECC Scaler Jam

Well you know how shits run Marcus, only rule you need to know is make 3 laps, dont touch your truck, do the alternate line at some point throughout your run, and have fun doing it. "thumbsup"

Rules
  1. 2x Classes.....2.2 and 1.9.
  2. Do not touch your truck except for whats necessary to winch.
  3. 3x laps
  4. 2x Attempts (Possible Extra Attempts for $5 in to Cash Pot)
  5. Teams also possible (2x trucks on course helping each other)

more details as I remember them:oops:

The goal in course design is for drivers wanting good times not needing to run.

Re: 2013 ECC Scaler Jam

So no alternate line?
