2013 Course 2.2 Pro Course Building I am lining up course builders for 2.2 Pro on Saturday. I prefer out of state/area (further the better) builders that will build 1x course for each group. Sponsors and Judges and judges have preference. Rowdy Course = GrimReeper/Fishmaxx Vaterra Course = Stelerzman/Fla drivers Super Shafty = Farmer/mid west drivers T1e Course = Open Interested groups need to check in on Friday to get supplies, area they will be assigned. You will be asked to arrive at sunrise to get courses built as soon as possible."thumbsup" |
Re: 2013 Course 2.2 Pro Course Building Anyone can build the RR course, not sure sunrise will allow Kbrog enough beauty sleep. :ror: |

Re: 2013 Course 2.2 Pro Course Building I'll help build one. And would really like to check over all courses (make sure gates can be taken for progression). |

Re: 2013 Course 2.2 Pro Course Building Fish, Your mention of daddy dunn, pdog, harvo, etc. gave me an idea. What if course builders had you hold their rigs and radios while setting up? No one could be accused of pre driving then. Just a thought... Hopefully us FL boys don't make an impossible course in our debut building at a national event. SVEN will have his work cut out with us :) we tend to make shit we can't finish... Or go too easy, but for ECC easy is out the window. |

My idea is still not a bad one. Rules out anyone crying if a course builder happens to have a break out day and manages a finals spot. We got the DEEP south covered, Farmer has the farm belt, any Left coasters interested in that final course building? |

Don't go too wild....the goal is to make a course where there will be penalties, but still able to be finished. Bonuses will be the difference maker among the top drivers Quote:

Re: 2013 Course 2.2 Pro Course Building The instructions the course builders will be given..... Vaterra Course Super Shafty course, and T1e Course 10 gates/ 6 minutes 3x ANYTIME Bonuses (Go for it any time/Only one bonus per)Max 30 points All gates must have a "take the gate option" The Rowdy Racing Course I will build and may or may not have a SINGLE REPEATING BONUS. If I find the proper layout. I will be careful not to abuse the JUDGES or drivers abilities mover around safely. Single Repeating Bonus: A single bonus that can be repeated after every progress except for Finish Gate http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i3..._Bonuscopy.jpg The other option I may choose is to build a course that has a PROGRESS BONUS OPTION maximum additional -20 points if the course is completed. Progress Bonus: Every Gate has a "friend gate" that can also be cleared EXTRA progress points http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i3..._Bonuscopy.jpg Note: The picture shows the bonus progress after, but through trial and error we have discovered its better to put the bonus BEFORE...that way we can have 10 Bonus Progress, and when the driver dives trough the last REGULAR gate the course is over. Drivers don't let these formats Mind F%&^$& you. Your primary goal is still to finish courses. If you get greedy and choose to go for bonus gates you don't have time to attempt and complete the course...thats your fault..not the course."thumbsup" |
