Default Motor shot a fire ball?

So my tekin 35t pro hand wound just shot a fire ball out in back in my living room. Has this happened to any one else.

I was running 3s, first run on a brand new pack, castle sidewinder 3 esc and I had just reprogrammed it for 100 percent reverse. I was doing a bunch of mashing it forward and reverse repetitively for about 3 min. The motor is not hot at all.

Well done. That's the worst thing you can do to a motor. 3 minutes is longer than I'd have expected.
