Default ***Lipo converter??***help JHH :P

I realy want to go and try lipo but im kinda cheap so if i wanted to run 2or 3 cel lipos can i get these charged with this fella?

looks like it uses your charger as a power supply ,i dont see any reason that it wouldnt work,i use acharger made by eflite called a celectra i think it was like 30.00 and i bought a 15 amp powersupply from radio shack

Supposedly, that converter only works with a short list of "approved" chargers and lipo packs.

Why not buy a $35 lipo charger instead of a $35 "adapter"?
