Default Mamba Max & Mamba 25 problem

I have 2 MM's and 1 Mamba 25

MM 1 is in my AX-10 with a HH Crawlmaster, and everything runs perfect
MM 2 is in my Asc. B44 running a 6900kV CC motor, and will not let me progranm it past the first question (as soon as I tell it which fwd/brake profile I want it exits programming mode)
Mamba 25 is in my Mini-Slider running the 5400kV motor and is having the exact same programming issue as MM 2.

I thought these were programmable without hooking to the computer? Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I am having the same problem with my Mamba 25, I think we need the castle link to get it all sorted out.

I have the castle link for the MM, but I think it's b.s. that I have to buy the adapter for the Mamba 25 simply because it does not work properly out of the box...

Have you contacted CC about these issues?

what radio are you using. i used to have that problem with my spektrum cause it took to long to connect. the esc used to boot before the radio could. when i updated the software it helped alot. try see if you could just borrow a castle link and update. my lhs did mine for me.

Try reflashing the firmware to an old version and then back again with the MM.

Yeah I've been able to program my MM25 without the Castlelink, but getting the $25 setup was worth it. Less hassle and a lot more options are available that way. But you're right, you should be able to program it with the transmitter, so give Castle a call and see what they say.

Try reversing you throttle channel... and then retry. Worked for me... Hope this helps.
