Default motor gearing

ok i'm new to this and starting or (trying) to start a custom build and need help with the gearing i'm not shure howto gear the motor or transsmision tney say theres all kinds of ways
so i'm goin to use a 15t esc and a 540 stocker motor any suggestions on how????

Details. What kind of transmission? How may turns on the stocker? Which ESC? Typically the lower the better gear wise, but without specifics it's hard to guess.

see i'm new, but ok its a tazer 15t foward reverse esc and the transmission is maybe axial or emaxx i'm looking on ebay for cheaper deals and the motor will be either 19t,20t,27t something along those lines
but i'm going to be doing seriouse hill climbs and trail riding so thanks
