You might be pulling more amps then the bec can handle.Try a reciever pack and see if that helps.Just a thought.

It may sound stupid but make sure your transmitter and truck batteries are fully charged.I run a Tower Pro Servo and a TQ3 and when the batteries start to get low the truck gets the jitters even though the low batt light on the TQ3 is a steady red.

Mine does the same thing when my radio batts get low. I also get some channel leakage, if that makes sense, my third channel starts moving around when I use throttle on low radio batts and I have my radio settings for ZERO channel mixing. Put in fresh batts and everythings hunky dory again.

3A BEC's suck huh?
CC BEC wired to bypass the load from your Rx will solve it.
fo sho, mos def

I bet the farm on it.

But you said you tried a Rx pack. Maybe your just a dork and your battery pack is low

I've lost quite a lot of hours dinking with that same issue; been through 3 ESC's, 2 servos and a bunch of stupid suggestions on here.
Growing up I used to help my old man fab smaller circuit boards. At the risk of sounding arrogant, I think I know a bit about electronics.

JRH is known for Electronics, get his attention.

If you use a seperate reciever pack do you have to pull the red esc wire and use a switch on the reciever pack instead?

Yea you gotta pull the red wire to prevent toasting the ESC's BEC, and in a lot of cases you have to either bypass the ESC switch or use the ESC switch as well, to enable the ESC... I run a CC BEC at 6V with an RX switch and a MM... I use both switches as a dbl safety it's on or off...
