Default Rooster Crawler problem

I was testing the changes on my comp rig today when my ESC had a brain fart......

I have the Rooster Crawler system and I have no throttle. Everything else works fine the only thing is the red LED is solid ( not flashing) and there is nothing in the troubleshooting section about that. Any ideas?

Thanks
Zack

What TX are you using?

I wired my rig up the other night, and I had to change the settings on my DX3.0 to get it give me throttle, I was just sitting there with the red light on.

Hey Zack. Stupid question but have you checked the esc plug going into the reciever? You may have dislodged one of the wires in the plug, since everything else works, most likely the signal wire if you say everything works except the throttle. Another possibility ( and i havent tried this before) but is it possible that LiPo cutout is activated and not enough voltage to drive the motor due to low battery voltage?

does it have a safe arming feature? alot of airplane speedo's wont arm unless the throttle is all the way off. perhaps your throttle trim was bumped?

He's got a point on that Zack, I think that's some of what killed the XRS in my WK.
