Default 4 channel pistol grip?

I'm looking for a 4 channel pistol grip radio so I can do winch and dig. I know about the multiplexes, but really want to go to 2.4ghz so that I don't have to worry about stabbing out people's eyes with my antenna. Any ideas?

If you like the concept of the Multiplex but want 2.4 capability how about Normando?

i have a sensor and it works great for my dig on my super and 2.2, i just ordered a react i'm assuming it will work just as good ,just smaller, nomadio has a forum,to help with programing, on my super i have 2 esc's and i have a button assigned to kill the rear esc so the rear locks up , also i can kill it half way so it free wheels

I have a Multiplex Profi 403 FM radio with 7 channels in truck mode, it also has every feature of a DX3R including 3 position switch except the 2.4 technology and it was $100.00? The Normando is the Hitec version of the Profi with 2.4 technology Hitec bought Multiplex that's why they look so much alike.

Anyone know how the Nomadio units stack up against the Spektrum in terms of support, reliability, etc.?

The support for both Multiplex and Nomndo is Hitec....they are reliable I had a servo serviced and it was a couple of weeks total door to door.
