|  the best all around? what radio can i use for a winch or a 3-speed transmission? i dont want to mess with crystals. dont tell me to use the search button, that didnt help me. i just want your opinion of what radio i should get, with a price of under 275 dollars. i was thinking the spectrum dx3.0. what do yall think? |

| I would say the dx3r because the dx3.0 only has a 2 position 3rd channel, and if you order from carlinasrc.com and use this discount code MAPR825 you can get it for 255. thats where i ordered mine from with free shipping. |

| as soon as i save up i'll be getting a dx3r and if your budget is 275 that fits in perfectly i used a jr R1 for 7 years with minor issues, and it was 400 bucks but worth every penny now im back toa 30 dollar radio till i have the green for a better one. |

| The DX3R has a third channel mix, It is worth every penny and is in your budget. The DX3R can do alot for one 3 channel radio.  Also, one of the easiest radio to use. Last edited by JUSTGOINGSLOW; 04-29-2008 at 08:08 AM. |
