Default Help with new Novak XRS/Steering problem.

I have just installed a new XRS into my Wheelie King and i have a problem.
Everything thing works fine apart from when i turn full lock left i lose the throttle.
Well, if i hold full lock left and full throttle it starts then stop then starts etc. If i back of the steering just slightly then i regain the throttle.

The servo is a MG995 which worked with the standard speedo.

I have tried the standard wheelie king servo and that seems to work.

What could the problem be with the MG995? (as i don't want to put the standard servo back in as stripped the gears).

Thanks for any help/suggestions.

Neil

The problem could be that your servo is trying to pull too much power. I had the same issues when I ran 2 645's on a y harness. if the truck bound up and both servos were trying to center at the same time I had no throttle. A receiver pack helped. The xrs has a pretty weak bec. It may not want to support your servo and motor at the same time.

Just ran into this on my 6 year old Super Rooster after putting a JR 9100T (:-P) in my Wheely King.

I have sorted the problem. I changed the servo to a MG995 and that seemed fine. My LHS seemed to think that the servo was faulty and was drawing much more power on full lock left that at any point during the right lock.
