Default charger

does any one know why my charger rattle or vibrates while charging?
i have a vision peak 2 for about 2 years and charger like 5 batts a day so that like a lot of charges is it because its old?

I'd take it to your LHS. If it has a fan the fan may be on its way out. Other than that, it isn't likely that your charger has any moving parts that would rattle on an otherwise still bench.

^^^I'd have to agree. If it has a cooling fan it might be off ballance do to dust build up on the blades or the fan motor itself is on it's last keg (bearings might be shot). If it doesn't have a fan, then that's a very weird symptom...

if it is a cooling fan, does if rattle if you shake the charger when it is not powered up? if so, one of the blades on the fan has broken. you can re balance the blade with some CA and Accelerator. Just put a blob where the missing blade is and hit it with the kicker. this will add weight where the missing blade is and the fan will balance. I have done this to several fans with good results.

nope only when im charging it and when it makes the sound i can push down on the face plate and it will get quieter? im not sure ill open later after crawling

On mine a screw came loose on where the display window is held in, and the little display window made a rattling noise. I just put a new screw in.
