Default crawlmaster sport in water

just a quick question or two

im bilding a scale hilux and thinking that it will be doing a lot of swiming (complete submersion) in streams and ponds. im going to put the mamba in a water proof box as i know it will blow if it gets soaked .
but are the crawlmaster 1000kv or the black revolver brushless motors safe to submers?
or shoud i just buy a brushed motor instead?

Yep, they work just fine underwater. Just make sure it isn't hot when it hits water (like any electronics), and if there is a lot of mud and debris a cheapie brushed motor may be the better bet.
