Default Lipo and Goat Question

Ok, so I recently got a Goat, which was an upgrade from my Rooster, I now have 2 Lipo packs that I am running, which are spec'd at the following;
7.4v 1330mAh 13c - Made by Impluse.

I want to know if this is enough power for my Goat. As it sits right now, my crawler has plenty of power, so I don't think it's an issue, but I just want to get a confirmation on it.

Also is there any kind of tricks to setting up the drag brake on the Goat w/ an M11? I've got it set where I 'think' it's good, but when it release the throttle on a down slop, it rolls down the hill. Not sure if it is supposed to do that or not.

Perfect choice of battery for the goat. I have my drag break set to a very slow conltrolled descent and I love it like that.

It all depends on the total overall weight on the rig.
