Default dx6i receiver no go

My dx6i receiver (ar6200dsm2 6 channel)doesnt go, turn on the power and the light momenterly flashes then nothing,is it stuffed.

Silly question, but are your RX and TX linked? Also, are you on the right model (Not sure how many spektrum has, 20 on teh DX7i I believe), I know that spektrum has a fail safe where the recievers only link to one model. May be best to try and re-establish the link between TX and RX.

Are your batteries all ok?

batteries are ok,tx and rx were linked(binded) hasnt got wet or anything,infact it was going.I just turned receiver pack on and nothing ,esc light is on,servo must have power as they hum when you turn wheels slightly.Matching rx and tx so i dont know.

I had that happen when I took a tumble once. Killed the RX.

I did have a bit of a crash,bugger oh well it will have to wait untill i can afford new one.

Wrap the new one in a bit of foam to take some of the impact. Sorry its broken though.

Do you have the secondary remote receiver connected? My AR6200 refuses to work properly without the remote receiver attached.

Even though the instructions say otherwise, its always safer to turn the Tx on first when powering up and the Rx off last when powering down. I had things unbind a few times when just turning things on/off randomly.
