Question Is 2200mah 3cell LiPo pack charge at 2.0A OK?

2200mah 3cell LiPo pack charge at 2.0A OK? reason I am asking is to know if there are any benefits at charging at lower rates.

You can go up to 2.5a safely, and you can always go lower. Just stay at the 1C rating for the pack. I charge my 1330mah 2C Lipo at 1.3a all the time, and it's running fine.
